"Nightmare travel"
The worse customer service ever. Do not fly with this airline you will be in a nightmare. We lost the flight, not our fault and ended flying 2 days later with no accommodations.

"Lack of comunícation"
Lack of comunícation, charge even for printing boarding tickets, change departure twice from 4 PM to 8:45 to 9:50 with no explanation don't plan to use their service anymore.

"Not. itinerary of fly cancel"
So today we were supposed to fly at 6:25am, got here and is a 100 people and 2 personas, due everal fly cancelation of Volaris, the CBX won't let you cross to the TJ airport not even you paid the fee till you see the customer service, not notified, not even a email to let us know that the fly was cancel

"Volaris is the worst"
I tried to be constructive but Volaris is the worst airline I can remember. They just changed my itinerary because they can do it. My sick moms birthday party is in a Saturday in the afternoon so I reserved a flight Sarurday morning. They decided to change my flight ti Sunday. Terrible costumer service. I feel hopeless, nobody help me.

"Good experience!"
Flew from Cancun to Tuxtla. Flights were all on time and the planes comfortable and the service efficient. Communication via email was good. Not so easy to download boarding cards but we took a screenshot which worked fine. Would use again !

"It is a scam"
It is a scam. You will buy non-refundable tickets for a non-existent flight. You have been warned. I only wished that I had looked into these scammers before I "donated" my money to them.

"Changed my flight date without notifying me"
Booked a flight from MEX to OAX on 4 May, they changed my flight to another date without asking my consent or notifying me. Haven't seen such a horrible airlines in my life.

"Horrible airline"
I would give this a 0 stars if available. Worst airline! How it remains In business is astonishing to me. The customer number literally hung up on me over 50+ times. It is partnered with, ChipOair that is just as Horrible as Volaris. I believe they just want to take peoples money and could care less about customer service. Do not purchase airfare from either one. Pay a full fare with a reputable airline and save yourself stress and ulcers!

"Horrible do not recommend"
Horrible flight. I got cancelled flight during Thanksgiving. Okay, that’s fine, I didn’t get compensated but I can handle it. Then, in February, my flight got delayed by 5 freaking hours late at night. 10 PM flight turns to a 2:30 AM flight. They notified us at 8:17 PM when our boarding is at 9:24 PM so everyone was basically already here and pissed. How do they repay us? Giving us a $150 pesos ($7 USD) to Wings, a very overpriced food place. Food is like 2/10 and they charge us ridiculous overpriced food. It took them one hour to even get our order, 30 minutes to give us the food, and another hour to get the check. Actually, we were tired of waiting and when we’re about to walk out is when they want to suddenly serve us (and the audacity to give themselves 10% tip which is a lot for Mexico and 0 service). And we have to pay an extra $188 pesos because the food is way more than the $150 voucher. After that horrible restaurant experience, we are still waiting for your flight. Avoid at all cost. Someone airdropped me a meme that I find so relatable and can only find amusing because I am at my wit’s end. It is a pic of a Barbie with the headline Volaris and bottom says Mientas (lies). I am writing this review as I wait for this plane to even start boarding! Do not recommend!!!

"The ticket price is not what it seems."
As a first-time buyer of a Volaris ticket, I was not explained at the airport that the checked bag charge at the airport was going to be almost US$100 dollars more expensive than doing it over the phone or online. In my way over to Mexico City, American Airlines charged me US$35 for the checked bag, but Volaris charged me US$150 for the same checked bag in my way back to Seattle. Thus, I ended up paying the same ticket price as that of American Airlines when I thought I was getting a deal with Volaris. I did not even make any miles because they don't partner with any major airlines. When I called Volaris to complain, they transferred me to another line to talk with the manager, but I waited for more than 30 minutes, and nobody answered the phone. I then opened an online ticket to complain, but they closed the case as resolved without any explanation. Needless to say, I won't ever fly Volaris again.

"Fine budget carrier, but comply with their fine print!"
The experience was fine. We flew from Merida to Mexico city, we paid the price we expected with no extras required at the airport. We had a pushchair and 1 checked bag. DO check the weight limits for your bags, they will be enforced or you will have to pay lots more. DO check-in in advance, we used the mobile app and it worked for us just fine. The flight was mostly on time - maybe 15 mins late - and our baggage came through fine though it was a solid half hour at least before the baggage carousel started. I assume that's just normal for CDMX. Allow plenty of time for check in (as the email says), the lines were long and progress was fairly slow. We allowed 2 and a half hours and had an hour to spare.
